Description

The cold tolerant annual legume is a highly digestible and highly nutritious.  It has a low ADF and Crude protein can reach above 25%.  This winter hardy pea is something that will last for months and establishes well in fall food plots.  This works well with cereal grains and various clovers.  Apply Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K) in accordance with your soil test kit result.

Planting:

• Plant up to ½” inch deep
• Spring into early fall
• Drill 30-50 lbs per acre
• Broadcast 50-70 lbs per acre
• pH: 6.0-7.0

Soil Type Preference: Heavy or light, well or moderate drained
